My family and I could not be happier with the great job Azalea Pools did for us. Project took less than 6 weeks from start to finish. Communication was great, the cost was very reasonable and the entire crew are true professionals from top to bottom. I recommend them to anyone and would give them 10 stars if I could.

Our experience with Azalea Pools has been excellent. We had never owned a pool and Josh took the time to visit with us multiple times and took us to see some completed pools. He was able to get the design we described without having multiple revisions. When construction began, the PM informed me about the process, when crews would come out, what would be done and how long it would take. We were on schedule throughout the process. Everybody was professional. They showed up on time and worked until their task was complete. The craftsmanship throughout was impeccable. During and after each phase, the PM would inspect the work and site with me. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns without hesitation. We finished about 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The entire project was excellent. I would highly recommend Azalea Pools.

I recently had Azalea Pools construct a cocktail swimming pool for me. This group is professional, responsive, and bent over backwards to ensure my satisfaction. I would like to give a big thank you to Azalea Pools and their team including Josh, Levit and Marco. They all did a wonderful job through the process. Josh was fantastic with the pool design and working with us to get exactly what we wanted. Levit and his team did a great job constructing the pool to our specifications. Marco was fantastic with his pool school and explaining and showing us how to do everything.

We are more than happy with our pool, we’ve been able to use it a few times now and it’s amazing. We got everything that we wanted and I can’t say enough about this company. They even went above and beyond when I asked for a special feature that they designed in house and it turned out amazing. They were professional through the whole process answered all my questions anytime I had one. I would recommend to every person I know that wants to get a pool to check these people out and at least let them give you an estimate.

We got several bids. Azalea was great to work with. We got a very fair quote. Josh helped us design what we wanted. The loan company they suggested was super easy to work with. We were swimming in 6 weeks. Our pool is gorgeous! They still continue to be very helpful even after it was finished.Marco and Laveet are very responsive and helpful. We have never owned a pool so this is all new to us. I highly recommend this company.

We hired Azalea Pools to do a remodel on our 14 year old pool. We had gotten 2 other bids including the company that originally built our pool. From the first introduction with Levit, ( the project manager) we were extremely impressed with his professionalism & honesty. That experience continued through out the process. The price was very competitive, the process was completely smooth. They came as promised like clockwork through each phase, they were responsive to any concerns, which actually, were nonexistent. All of the different crews who performed their particular job were spot on, came when they said they would, acted like we were their only customer, and were respectful of our property.

1st time pool owner and couldn’t be happier. After personally visiting and calling other east Texas pool companies we had a sense of doom when it came to finally finding someone who could complete our project. Our project involved a fairly large amount of work, including some major draining and flooding issues that had to be resolved, landscaping, and irrigation. After talking to several companies in the area we didn’t feel confident that any one company could handle our project until we met the folks at Azelea Pools.

Problem we ran into from the beginning was no other pool company was interested in coming out to our property to see what our goals and concerns were, but instead invited us to sit through their sales presentation at their office which felt like we were being pitched a time share or used car. We almost gave up until we contacted Azalea. Without hesitation they offered to come out to our property (45 minutes away) twice to go over plans before we ever signed a contract. The project which was fairly extensive not only began on time but finished early even with a brief rain delay.

In all fairness Azalea does seem to have a big advantage in that they are not only a pool company but a landscaping and irrigation company as well which makes it much easier to coordinate a project like ours and many others. However what makes them exceptional is their people. From managers Jaxon to Levit to Marcos and all others involved, they were professional and extremely knowledgeable.

I’m recommending them to everyone I know and in the meantime...pool is open!

JOSH WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND REALLY GREAT GETTING A DESIGN THAT WE REALLY LIKED FOR OUR BACK YARD. ALL ASPECTS OF THE INSTALLATION WERE DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY. FROM THE RETAINING WALL, THE POOL AND EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION, TO SODDING THE YARD AT COMPLETION. LEVIT WAS VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH AND WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. FROM DIGGING THE FIRST SCOOP OF DIRT TO FILLING THE POOL WITH WATER TOOK ONLY 37 DAYS. TO SAY THE LEAST THAT WAS IMPRESSIVE. SERVICE AFTER THE SALE HAS BEEN EXCELLENT AS WELL. NO PROJECT LIKE THIS GOES WITHOUT A BUMP OR TWO IN THE ROAD BUT THESE GUYS WERE PROACTIVE ALL THE WAY THROUGH.
